Shipping & Returns

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Rates and delivery times

Standard shipping is $7 and arrives in 3–7 business days. Express shipping is $16 and arrives in 2–3 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders over $50.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. We don't ship internationally yet.

You can return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and the items you'd like to return, and we'll send you return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your return. Original shipping charges aren't refundable.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is because of our mistake.

Gift sets and sale items

Gift sets can be returned if they're unopened and complete. Items marked Final Sale can't be returned.

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
