By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. This website is run by AMBR NOIR BEAUTY (“we”, “us”).

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States.

We try to show our products, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible, but shades can look different on different screens.

Our products are cosmetics for external use. Check the ingredient list before use and do a patch test if you have sensitive skin. Stop using a product if irritation occurs. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

Prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice. Products are available while supplies last. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you, even after it's confirmed.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud; if we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Payments are processed securely by our payment processor. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Discount codes and promotions can't be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may end at any time.

All text, photos, logos, and designs on this site belong to AMBR NOIR BEAUTY or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

If you leave a review, you give us permission to show it on our site. Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. We may remove reviews that are offensive, misleading, or unrelated to the product.

Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break its security, placing fraudulent orders, or buying products to resell without our permission.

We provide the site and our products “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
